Pursuant to Art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), DOMINO SISTEMI SRL intends to inform all users and/or visitors of the website www.dominodisplay.com (respectively the "Users" and the "Site"), about the use of personal data, log files and cookies collected through the Site itself.

The Data Controller for the processing of personal data is DOMINO SISTEMI SRL (Tax ID and VAT reg. 03255880985) with registered office in Castelmella (BS), e-mail info@dominodisplay.com, (hereinafter the "Owner").

These data, which are necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
- obtaining statistical information on the use of services - monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered.
Browsing data do not remain for more than 180 days (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authority).

Purpose: to acquire, by completing the appropriate form, the references of users of the site to fulfill informational/commercial contact requests (Contact Area)
Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.
Retention time: until request for deletion
Type of service: use of e-commerce service;
Type of personal data collected: biographical data, contact data (e.g.: e-mail, phone numbers...), financial/banking data.
Purpose: to perform a contract to purchase products/services.
Legal basis: contract performance
Retention time: until completion of statutory obligations
Type of service: newsletter service;
Type of personal data collected: biographical data, e-mail contact data.
Purpose: to contact subscribers by sending a periodic newsletter related to activities pertaining to the company;
Legal basis: consent
Retention time: until consent is revoked
Data processing for the above purposes will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR and all specific industry regulations.
The data provided will be processed mainly with computerized means, under the authority of the Data Controller, by individuals specifically appointed, authorized and trained in processing in accordance with Articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulations. Please note that appropriate security measures are also observed in accordance with Articles 5 and 32 of the GDPR to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
4) Mandatory or optional nature of consent to provide data
The provision of data is optional, but in case of failure to provide same, it will not be possible to take advantage of some services provided by our site
5) Data transmission contexts
Data may be disclosed, within the EU and in full compliance with the GDPR, to the following entities:
(1) to the tax authorities and/or other public authorities where required by law or at their request;
(2) to the facilities, individuals, and outside companies that the Data Controller uses to perform activities related, instrumental, or consequential to the performance of the Site Services
(3) to lending institutions for purposes instrumental to the eventual purchase of goods/services if an e-commerce area is present
Information automatically collected by the Site may also be transferred to Third Party cloud servers located outside the EU, if such processing is necessary for the performance of Site services. The legal basis for said processing is, therefore, Art. 49(1)(b) of the GDPR.
6) Security Measures
Through the Site, data are processed in compliance with applicable law and using appropriate security measures in accordance with applicable regulations including under Art. 5 and 32 of the GDPR. In this regard, it is confirmed, among other things, that appropriate security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, theft, disclosure, modification or destruction of processed data.
7) Rights
Please note that at any time a data subject may exercise their rights under Art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR, by sending written notification to the contact details of the Controller, for the following purposes:
- confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data with indication of their origin, verification of their accuracy, or to request their updating, rectification, integration;
- access, deletion of data or restriction of processing;
- anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully.
Data subjects may also object to the processing of personal data previously provided.

8) Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, which will then replace previous versions. This policy was issued in July 2022.
