SHIPPING AND INSTALLATIONS

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping and delivery times depend on the availability of the product at Samsung Electronics Italia Spa's supply warehouses.

STANDARD SHIPPING CONDITIONS

During the purchase process you will be asked to indicate the shipping destination and delivery of your purchase and the contact information needed by the shipper. Shipping of the product is mandatory.

The proposed shipping costs are:

- per unit of product
- for deliveries on the ground floor in the first useful and barrier-free room
- non-inclusive of handling equipment requirements
- for dwell times of 40' (notice call included)
- a surcharge will be considered for deliveries to inconvenient locations or LTZs (to be indicated)

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES (TOTEMS ONLY)

The following is subject to quotation to ensure that the carrier can deliver within the required time frame:

- Delivery agreed upon with specific date and time to be requested on quote
- Porterage services and / or product placement in specific room requirements: to be requested with quote
- Request for specific handling equipment: to be requested with quote
- Failure to have a contact person present to collect the goods or inability to deliver (€10 per package + 70% of the fee will be charged on the invoice)
- Dwell times in excess of the scheduled time due to events beyond the carrier's control will be charged on the invoice

INSTALLATION

The installation service for monitors or Totems must be specifically requested on the quote. Installation service means:

A) for Monitors

- wall mounting at a maximum height of 160 cm on plain masonry surfaces
- wiring harnesses and mounting brackets not included
- maximum installation time: 2 hours per monitor
- switch-on test (if possible)
- unpacking and disposal of related packing material

B) for Totems

- placement, including in rooms on higher floors as long as no special equipment is required, unless specifically requested and budgeted for
- wiring harnesses and mounting brackets not included
- maximum installation time: 30’ per totem
- switch-on test (if possible)
- unpacking and disposal of related packing material

If the installation and placement of products involves stops beyond that expressly provided for, for reasons beyond our control, costs will be charged on the invoice.
